REFUND&RETURN POLICY

At HappyPawsMall, we want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as easy as possible. Here is our return policy for pet products:

Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Defective Products: If you are not satisfied with a non-defective product, you may return it within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the return is due to our error. If the product is being returned due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
